Administrative and Academic Registration

To participate in the academic process, students must complete both administrative and academic registration each semester.

Student registration at the university—both administrative and academic—is carried out within the timeframes defined by an official order of the University President.

  • Administrative registration requires full payment of the semester tuition fee within the specified period, except in cases otherwise defined by university regulations.
  • Academic registration involves the selection of offered academic courses by the student through the university’s electronic management system. Access to this service is granted only after the completion of administrative registration.
    Within two weeks from the start of the academic process, students are allowed to cancel previously selected courses and register for different ones.

The student’s academic curriculum is determined based on their educational program. In the case of transfer students (via mobility) or those with individual academic needs (such as academic backlog), the relevant school of the university will provide a customized study plan and schedule, considering the prerequisites of courses defined by the program.
